Take two...Action!

Hey, I'm Hassnain Haider, 19, currently studying (BA) Journalism and (media) at the University of Huddersfield (England). This is my HH blog which stands for Hassnain Haider, on this blog I shall try to post often and keep you up to date with anything and everything.  

 

I would describe myself as kind, warm hearted and a confident person. I always speak my mind and not afraid to tell people what I think. I'm proud of the success I have had in the past years and hopefully continue to have. Although, I'm not the best looking person, what makes me different to the rest is that I have a good heart and conduct myself positively when I'm around. 

I live by my mothers motto which is "Always aim high and Ignore the idiots who stop your way". following this all through my life has got to where I am today. I never take things to heart and don't see the point in reacting to someone who swears or offends me. 

Although, I do admit I have my problems and insecurities but I never let them show because in this world no one cares about you, you have to face your problems and dilemas yourself, it's every person for themselves. REMEMBER THAT!

 

My hobbies….

Writing- As I'm studying journalism I think you would of guess what one off my hobbies was going to be. Writing lets me express my inner thoughts and be creative and push boundaries all the time. Like reading, writing allows you to bring new characters or news to the world and the people.

Reading- Reading has always been a part of me since a very young age. It's a valuable life skill to have. If we did not have books, newspapers, magazine or any other print, then I think the world we would be living in would not be as open and creative. Reading allows you to have time to your self and it drags you into another world where you have no worries or deadlines to meet.  Also, as an aspiring writer myself reading has to me the key to my future career.  

 Acting- At a very young age, Acting has been something which I would say, I have fallen into. I was not a shy person at school, I loved to present, perform or sing (by this I mean the school choir in like 2002 or something, now I'm terrible). so, from then on Acting/Drama has always been a big part for me, would I consider going into acting in the future? YES!!!!

Recording media- This hobby is pretty simple to explain, since I love acting well, I have always been interested in what goes on backstage. I like to record my own movies and then cut and edit and recreate short movies with my own twist. Check out one of my Assignments I did for media Technology. In this short video I have used the original Keep bleeding video by Leona Lewis and recreated it into a short video about depression and coping with it.
